Founded on family values and community trust, Oh Nice HVAC began as a side project in 2021—born from a desire to introduce my son to the trades and help friends and family save on their home projects. What started as “favors” quickly grew into something bigger, as word spread and neighbors became customers, and customers became friends.

After decades in mechanical services—from cabling and electrical to automotive and HVAC—I saw firsthand how larger companies were losing sight of what matters. “Local and trusted” became just another tagline, as ownership moved out of state and profits took priority over people.

In 2025, I left my role at a large company and launched Oh Nice HVAC full-time. Our mission is simple: treat every customer like family. Whether you're upgrading your furnace, installing a ductless mini split, or simply having routine maintenance, your money is hard-earned—and you deserve the same attention to detail and level of care, no matter the size of the job.

We believe a business should reflect its community. Our technicians live and work in the neighborhoods we serve. You might see us at Costco, paddle boarding on the lake, cheering at a hockey game, or enjoying music at the marina.
